MEET THE KUBIS BUILDERS
Kubis Builders Ltd. is a well known company specializing in custom homes in the Essex County region of South-Western Ontario. At Kubis Builders, we take great pride in building homes of the highest quality while paying very close attention to detail and meeting the needs of our customers.
The company was originally founded in 1955 by Steve Kubis and is now run by son, Wayne Kubis and grandson, Brandon Kubis. Wayne and Brandon have established a reputation reflecting experience, knowledge, and fine craftsmanship in the local community.
Company Philosophy:
We strive to be the best at what we do! At Kubis Builders quality matters - and we've built a business upon this fact. Custom elements and quality are seen in each of our custom creations, from fine homes and renovations to commercial projects on any scale.
Wayne has been building in Windsor and Essex county since 1975. He has apprenticed under some of the finest craftsmen in the area including his father, Steve Kubis and William Pimiskern.
Wayne has a passion for building and design which he has passed along to his son, Brandon.

Brandon has been working on homes and commercial projects since 2000. Brandon has a dynamic work history including experience in insurance adjusting specializing in property claims and restoration.
Brandon is a foreward thinking individual with insight into what the modern customer wants.

Community Involvement:
Aside from running the family business, Wayne has also given much of his time to benefit the community. His involvements have ranged from building "Habitat for Humanity" homes to one of his most recent projects was the "Extreme Build" home in Kingsville, Ontario. The home was erected in less than 3 days by Wayne and a team of local contractors and other professionals.
